Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit (less bank charges).
• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% of total booking value is forfeited.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 14:00 to 18:00. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
Check-out: By 11:00 on the day of departure.

4. Children Policy

SW1 Lodge is an adults-oriented retreat. We welcome children over the age of 12.

5. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available in the garden.

6. Liability

Guests enter the premises at their own risk. SW1 Lodge will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during your stay.
